Who's James Muus?
Personal Information
Hello, I'm a friendly, qualified native speaker from the United States looking for extra teaching hours in Kraków. I came to Poland two years ago to connect with my Polish ancestry, and now I feel like this is my second home (despite the unavoidable struggles with the Polish language). In addition to teaching, I also write articles for a local English-language newspaper.
I already work part-time at a language school, so I would like to supplement those hours with tutoring or conversation practice for anyone trying to improve his/her English. Note that these are not formal lessons; instead each meeting is your time to ask questions and review any material that may be giving you problems. I've taught all levels of English, so I will have the answers you need. We can meet at any public place (cafe, library, etc.) that is convenient for you.
To clarify, my rate is 20 zł/hour for individuals, 30 zł/hour for two people, 40 zł/hour for a group of three, and so on. For meetings away from the center of Kraków, please add 5 zł to cover the cost of transportation. I am normally available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at any time of day.
Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon,
James
