My name is Dominic Sheridan, and I am from Sydney, Australia. I was born in 1965 and have lived in Poland since July, 2009. My level of Polish is what I call 'survival', and its enough to get me bread and milk, but, as I teach English, I don't really need to speak much Polish. I believe that speaking English is the key to building skill and confidence, and I like classes to be friendly. I used to teach English in Sydney and have taught students from all over the world. I have worked in the country in Australia and been in the Australian army. My goals in teaching English are student focussed, but I have noticed that most, if not all my students want to be better speakers as they didn't have enough conversation at school. I like people and animals and always love a joke. Classes should be conversation based where we learn grammar along the way. I like getting my students to talk more, even if we are doing grammar.

I have been teaching English for ten years. Teaching is my passion and I have always wanted to devote myself to it.

I love discovering modern methods of teaching and find new approach. I was born in Gdansk, this is my home town I love. Some time of my life I spent in Canada and Warsaw where I developed my language and personal skills.

I'm originally from Hastings (South of England), but have lived in St Albans (Near London) and most recently in Oban and Edinburgh (Scotland). I have developed a clear Southern English accent, which people find easy to understand.

I've been in Poland about 8 months now, initially I spent a month in Wroclaw to complete my CELTA course and I have now moved to Gdansk to be nearer my partner.

Before I began teaching English I have worked in a range of jobs, before university I worked within fish farming, then teaching sailing and rock climbing at an outdoor activity centre. At University I worked within the University accommodation to support students during term time and guests during the holidays. After University I worked on an environmental research project with a defence company, and then moved into civil engineering working on two large transport projects. While I was working I also managed to find time to spend 2 months in the USA, 2 weeks in China and my favourite hobby, kayaking.

i am a 27 years old german and englisch teacher from Bremerhaven/Germany.

I´m here in poland sind 2 month because my girlfriend as from here.

Before i started teaching kids i did an education as social worker.

I also worked with handicapped people and young adults. I was leading weekly groups and also trips to denmark with them.

So my main focus is teaching young children or young adults english in a very creative and, i hope, fun way.

I'm from Cork in the Repulic of Ireland. I came to Poland in July 2009 as my wife is Polish and wants to be closer to her family.

     My name is Jack Poleski and I'm from the exciting and spectacular city of Las Vegas, Nevada. I arrrived in Poland in June of 2004, shortly after discovering that Poland had succesfully joined the European Union. I came to Poland because I have always been a devoted student of World History with a particular fascination with the Second World War. Before I fell in love with teaching English I was a Casino Security supervisor, Casino Multi-game Dealer and Casino Floorman (like aPit Boss). I have also been dabbling in Liveral Arts since I was a teenager with some significant commercial success. My new passion is the information superhighway better known as the Internet with a strong passion for English liguistics and ESL teaching methodology. I'm also an avid film buff and have been accused of being  astute  in terms of accumulating knowledge through the most worthwhile and benefifcial channels; primarily fine literature and reference books.
