About me:
I was born and raised in Mackay QLD Australia by an Australian mother and a Swedish father, and therefore I speak both English and Swedish fluently. In 2004, at the age of 18, I moved to Sweden by myself and have been based there ever since.
I studied for one year at a high school, Lugnetgymnasium, in Sweden and then continued on to the University of Dalarna where I have been studying to become a teacher in English, Swedish and Social Studies. Since then, I have completed Pedagogy 1 & 2, Literature Science 1, Swedish 1, Social Studies 1 & 2, and most importantly, I have completed my Master’s Degree in English Linguistics.
Since moving to Sweden, I have also lived for short periods in Norway and Denmark for work and also in Tanzania for my Master’s thesis in English. Until recently, I was a an ERASMUS-student at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski where I studied Polish, the History of the English Language, European Law, Human Rights, Sanskrit, etc. I moved to Poland in 2010 in order to be with my Polish fiancée and learn her mother tongue and culture. I am going to stay in Poland for one more year (until summer 2012) and would really like to start working as a teacher.
