Learn Polish — teachers across Poland and online

Frequently asked questions

How much does a lesson with a Polish teacher in Poland cost?

Each teacher sets their own price and shows it on their profile; it depends on things like travel, lesson length, specialisation and experience. You pay the teacher directly — the site takes no commission.

Can a Polish teacher explain things in English?

Many of the teachers here work mostly with foreigners, but it varies. Read the profile description, and ask in your first message whether they can explain grammar in English — it matters most at beginner level.

How do I contact a teacher?

Every profile has a contact form. Your message goes straight to the teacher, who replies to your email address. There is no middleman and no fee for getting in touch.

In person or online?

30 of the 33 teachers in Poland also teach online, so you can choose between lessons at your place, somewhere in town, or online. Details are on each profile.

Are the teachers checked?

Every profile is reviewed by a moderator before it goes live. We check contact details and remove listings that are not genuine.
